Rob Wertheimer practices in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Family and Juvenile Law, Criminal Law, Traffic and DWI Law, Business Law, Landlord / Tenant Litigation, Wills and Estate Planning.
Mr. Wertheimer received his law degree from the UW Madison Law School, where he also served as director of the Community Law Office. In addition, he served as City Attorney for Prescott, Wisconsin and also wrote a legal column for the Prescott Journal. Mr. Wertheimer was a St. Croix County Court Commissioner where he presided over Juvenile, Traffic and Small Claims matters. Mr. Wertheimer is a member and past president of the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, and a member of the Hudson and Prescott Area Chambers of Commerce.
